We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to provide ProveRent and to remember choices you make. We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking or social-media tracking. We only use storage and access technologies where consent is not required under applicable law, so we do not show a cookie-consent banner when you visit our site.
Cookies and storage we use

pr_session and pr_oauth provide and secure the sign-in functionality you request. pr-theme remembers your display preference, and pr:tenant-shortlist supports the shortlist functionality you choose to use.
Stripe payment technologies
When you pay for a plan, or add or change a payment method, we use Stripe Elements to provide the payment form on our site. Stripe, our third-party payment provider, may set cookies and use similar technologies for payment processing and fraud prevention. These can include cookies such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid.
Stripe is first loaded when you use a payment or payment-method function, not before. Once loaded it stays active in that browser tab until you close or reload it. Stripe explains its use of cookies and similar technologies in its cookie policy at stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.
What we do not use

- Advertising cookies
- Behavioural or cross-site tracking cookies
- Social-media pixels
- Advertising trackers
Error reporting
When something goes wrong on a page, we may send technical error information to our error-reporting provider so that we can diagnose and fix the problem. This does not use cookies or advertising trackers.
Managing cookies and browser storage
You can clear or block cookies and other browser storage through your browser settings or browser controls. If you block pr_session, you will not be able to stay signed in. If you block the cookies or similar technologies Stripe needs, a payment or payment-method change may not work.
Changes to this policy
We will keep this policy up to date if the cookies or similar technologies ProveRent uses change. If we introduce a technology that needs your consent under applicable law, we will get that consent before using it.
