No. It pays for the check itself. If we can't verify you, you're never charged for a plan.
Can I remove a review I disagree with?
Not by deleting it. Reply in public under the review, or dispute it from your dashboard. A moderator checks every dispute, and a review that breaks our rules comes down.
I'm a landlord without a registration number
That's common, since England only registers landlords in some council areas. Leave the number blank and upload something that shows you own or let a property, such as a title register, council tax bill or tenancy agreement.
Can my agents use it too?
Yes. Every plan includes team members: invite your agents from Settings, and each signs in with their own account.
